日本料理教室真智子是專為訪日旅客開設的日本料理教室。教室就設在老師家中,可以在體驗日本日常生活的同時,學習製作並品嚐日本料理的基本樣式三菜一湯,以及大阪美食等各種料理,為旅行留下難忘的美好回憶。
首先,在飯廳使用平板電腦為大家講解日本料理的相關知識。
老師會在事先確認體驗者不能吃的食材,並準備好適合本人的食材。
客廳裡擺放著老師的祖母留下來的漆器家具。老師還為大家講解有關日本漆器家具的知識。
用刨刀現削出來的鰹魚片帶有特別的味道和香氣!
老師認真地講解著料理中的每一道工序和細節。
御好燒完成了!師生一起品嚐熱騰騰的御好燒。
章魚燒可以稱得上是大阪的招牌美食。據說幾乎大阪的每戶人家都有一台製作章魚燒的炊具。
使用叫做千枚通的專用錐子給一顆顆章魚燒翻面。
章魚燒做好了。 一颗颗又圓又飽滿的章魚燒讓人饞涎欲滴!
Learning how to make sushi by two highly-skilled and experience Japanese chefs. Also, we were given lots of information about the different types of food and ingredients.
I’m not sure if this was the standard course that she offers, because a sushi chef joined and taught us how to make real sushi.
Our experience was quite unique, authentic and very enjoyable.

Machiko was an incredible host who introduced us to Japanese cooking in her high rise modern Osaka apartment. She’s fluent in English and teaches cooking professionally. Hiro kindly explained the 7 step nigiri sushi making process. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was easy going. A truly unique experience.
