The cottage-type villa is a detached house with a living room of approximately 15 tatami mats and a loft of 7 tatami mats; together accommodating a maximum capacity of 8 people. The house is equipped with an electric stove, microwave oven, rice cooker, frying pan, pots, and other cooking utensils and tableware. The attached wooden deck, which is approximately 17 tatami mats in size, is covered with a roof so that you can prepare a BBQ even if in the rain. The villa comes with a full range of amenities, making it easy for overnight guests.
There is also a 12-meter-long authentic American style trailer house, for a maximum capacity of six people. The trailer is furnished with an American-style interior, a living room table, sofa, queen-size bed, and bunk beds. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a covered wooden deck for BBQ’s in the rain.
The outdoor playground is available for children and adults. The large artificial grass platform in the courtyard allows visitors to play around freely and lie down if they wish. Also, the neighboring Lake Kawaguchi area offers an art museum, Craft Park, and monkey shows, making it a great place to experience interesting culture and art together!
Both cottage-villa and trailer house adhere to proper infection control measures and have been certified as "Yamanashi Green Zone" under Yamanashi Prefecture's infectious disease prevention program. You can enjoy outdoor leisure activities in a safe and secure environment.
