This unique museum is based on the motif of Iwashita's long-selling product "Iwashita's New Ginger," which was launched in 1987. Visitors can learn about the history of the product's birth and the secrets behind its deliciousness. Admission to the museum is free.
When you enter the museum, the first thing you will see is a huge photo spot of Iwashita's New Ginger packages. You'll feel as if you've become "Iwashita's New Ginger" yourself. Another photo spot you can't miss is the "World's Largest Iwashita's New Ginger Head". The headpiece is 5 meters high, and you can feel as if you are the "Iwashita's New Ginger". There are also many other interesting photo spots that will make you want to take a snapshot, such as the "Ginger Room" where you can feel like a lover with a New Ginger character in a lovey-dovey space, and the "Ginger Shrine" that will bring you good luck in love and good health and longevity thanks to the power of ginger to warm up your body.
Once you've had your fill of the museum, you can experience "Iwashita's New Ginger" at the cafe as well. All of the menu items served at "CAFE NEW GINGER" use Iwashita's New Ginger. There are a wide range of menu items, from meals such as "Iwashita's New Ginger Meat Roll Plate - Ethnic Sauce" and "Iwashita's New Ginger Pizza" to sweets such as "Iwashita's New Ginger Soft Ice Cream" and "Pink Ginger Soda.
