S/PARK is a beauty experiential complex opened in 2019 within Shiseido’s research facility, the “Shiseido Global Innovation Center.” Themed as a place to discover beauty insights, the facility opens its first and second floors to the public.

On the first floor, you'll find the “S/PARK Cafe”, supervised by Shiseido Parlor, the “S/PARK Studio” offering a unique exercise program based on Shiseido's methods, and the “S/PARK Beauty Bar” which provides a reservation-based personalized skincare service where Shiseido researchers and beauty staff analyze your skin on-the-spot to create custom toners and emulsions.

The second floor houses the interactive “S/PARK Museum”. Through interactive installations, visitors can deepen their thoughts about beauty and learn about Shiseido's cutting-edge technologies. Entry to S/PARK is free, which is great as it allows anyone to easily visit. However, note that some facilities and programs do have a fee and may require prior reservations.
