Located along the national highway at the Miyama Pass, which borders the towns of Kamifurano and Biei, the Miyama Pass Art Park is a playful, multifaceted facility. At the heart of the facility is the Trick Art Museum, which showcases a variety of fascinating trick art pieces that appear to pop out from flat surfaces or change depending on the angle they are viewed from. It is an interactive museum where you can not only view the art but also touch and take pictures with the exhibits.

The facility is equipped with the "Tokachi-dake Art View" Ferris wheel, which offers a panoramic view of Kamifurano from 50 meters above ground, and an observation terrace that offers a stunning panoramic view of the Tokachi-dake Mountain Range and the ever-changing landscape of the hills. There is also an Instagram-worthy frame art set up on the observation terrace.

Enjoy a barbecue featuring local Kamifurano pork, "Kamifurano Pork," and Genghis Khan on the covered terrace while admiring the view (reservation required), or visit the sweets workshop that offers popular gelato and cheese tarts made with local ingredients. The facility also includes an art experience corner that can be enjoyed in as little as 30 minutes and a souvenir shop stocked with Furano gifts, allowing you to spend a full day here.
