The park is renowned for its lavender fields, which span approximately 4.2 hectares. From late June to late July, the entire hilly area is covered with lavender, offering visitors a chance to enjoy the vibrant purple flowers swaying in the wind and their refreshing scent. A late-blooming variety called "Okamurasaki" is mainly planted, making it possible to appreciate the lavender even if you visit towards the end of the season. In addition to lavender, the park is also adorned with a variety of seasonal flowers such as catmint and marigold.

To the west is the lavender field, and to the east is a viewing platform that provides sweeping views of the Tokachi mountain range. In front of this platform, there is a popular spot known as the "Bell of Love," where couples come to declare their love for each other. The sight of the pure white, arch-shaped bell set against the backdrop of a field of lavender is truly romantic. The location is even used for wedding ceremonies.

The park also has a campsite equipped with an auto-campground and cottages, and an athletic field. It can be used every day except during the winter closure period.
