Ubud no Mori Izu Kogen

Surrounded by the lush natural scenery of Izu Kogen, this hot spring resort evokes the atmosphere of Ubud, Bali. It offers a full range of facilities and services for dogs, allowing guests to enjoy a luxurious stay together with their beloved pets.

Both outdoor and indoor dog runs are available, where dogs can play freely off-leash. The resort also features a healthy buffet-style dining experience made with plenty of Izu-sourced ingredients, as well as dog massages. Guest rooms blend a modern Japanese aesthetic with touches of a Balinese resort, and are fully equipped with amenities for dogs, including crates and pet toilets. In the private annex and villa-style rooms, even large dogs over 30 kg are welcome.

The onsen facilities include open-air baths and indoor baths with a traditional Japanese feel, along with three unique private open-air baths. The annex also has two private baths that can be used by guests staying in the main building. For meals, the resort offers an inventive kaiseki-style course that draws out the best of seasonal ingredients-mainly from the Izu region-prepared by two chefs specializing in Japanese and French cuisine.
