Hotel Hana-An offers a superb onsen experience with stunning views of Lake Chuzenji. This hot spring inn, selected as one of Japan's top 100 scenic spots, boasts an ideal location with every room offering views of the lake, which changes its expression with the seasons.
Guests can enjoy two different types of hot spring waters: the sulfur spring of "Oku-Nikko Yumoto Onsen" in the outdoor bath and the alkaline simple spring (with added water) of "Nikko Wanoshiro Onsen" in the indoor bath. This unique feature is exclusive to Hotel Hana-An in the Nikko area.
The inn has 22 rooms, each named after traditional Japanese colors. Room types vary, including Western-style "Wide Twin" rooms with beds and "Japanese Modern Rooms" with Ryukyu tatami mats. Some rooms even have private open-air baths, perfect for different occasions.
The cuisine focuses on "body-friendly" dishes, highlighting the inherent flavors of ingredients, mainly sourced locally and seasonally. The menu changes seasonally, allowing guests to savor the essence of Japan's four seasons.

There is no convenience store within walking distance. The closest one is located before the Kiyotaki Interchange along National Route 120, a 20-minute drive away. Please note that our shop does not carry snacks or alcohol, so we recommend you bring any necessities before arrival.

We do not offer day-use bathing. The large communal bath is exclusively for overnight guests.
