At dinnertime, set courses are the default, with high-end dishes that brighten the table, from a main dish featuring Oita Wagyu beef to plenty of locally grown vegetables.
Depending on the course, seafood landed in nearby waters may also be served, offering the fresh, in-season flavors. It’s also a pleasure that every dish is carefully prepared to bring out the best of each ingredient.
