A theme park that recreates the townscapes and culture of the Edo period. Stroll the village streets to find samurai residences, merchant houses, and ninja mansions that evoke of sense of yesteryears.

Daily performances take place in the theaters, featuring thrilling ninja action shows, dazzling courtesan dances, and period comedy dramas filled with laughter and emotion. Activities abound, including traditional shooting games and ring toss at the Yugi-Kan, the trick-filled Ninja Maze, archery and shuriken throwing at the Taiken-Dojo, and painting miniature kokeshi dolls or spinning tops at Edo-ya.

Nearby are shops offering a chance to dress up as a feudal lord or princess for a photo shoot, or rent samurai and ninja costumes to explore the village as if you were a resident of Edo.

The park also features reconstructed historical spots such as the residence of Katakura Kojūrō and a traditional Japanese garden. At the Sword Museum, Ninja Museum, and Katakura Archives, visitors can learn about Japanese swords, the ninja, and the history of the Noboribetsu region.
