  • This is the biggest aquarium in Okinawa and definitely a must-visit. The two whale sharks are the stars here. There are so many different sea creatures, and the dolphin and whale shows are really impressive.

  • As the cable car slowly rises, you get a full view of the city and the endless Seto Inland Sea. Even though I bought a round-trip ticket, I ended up walking down to really enjoy the laid-back pace of life.

  • Open the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room and you get a stunning sunset view over Lake Biwa. The hotel's exterior is stylish, and the food is delicious too.
