I could see Kumamoto Castle from my hotel, and the roof of the main keep looks seriously cool. It feels really different from Nagoya Castle or Himeji Castle.

Compared to other popular spots, Lake Shikaribetsu has fewer visitors, so the whole area stays really peaceful. Walking by the lake or just sitting and enjoying the view brings a real sense of calm.

There are so many kinds of fish, and the dolphin and sea lion shows are really impressive.

The trail is pretty long, but the scenery along the way is absolutely beautiful. It's a great place for a family trip.

You can take photos with the bears in the morning and afternoon, and you can feed animals all around the place. It's a pretty cool experience.
