  • After the restoration, this building really keeps that refined teahouse vibe. It feels like stepping back into the Edo period—so nostalgic and classic.

Adult tickets are JPY 420, kids pay half. There's a lot to see and do, so it's great value for money. They also have Chinese guides and some videos with subtitles, so you don't have to worry about not understanding.

  • It's like a real-life rainbow field—every photo turns out gorgeous! The sea of flowers is absolutely stunning, and each row of colors looks just like a painter's palette.

The powdered tea leaves are super fine, and the tea tastes fantastic. Every tea-related product here is beautifully crafted—just looking at them is a real treat.

  • If you come early in the morning, there are fewer people. You can also check out the morning market nearby.

  • I really admire the staff's service attitude here. It's totally different from other Disney parks I've visited in Asia.

  • On the way back after visiting Farm Tomita, you'll pass by Hokuseiyama. The hilly landscape is a bit different from Farm Tomita, but the flowers are mostly similar. The main reason to come is for the scenery.

Walking across the bridge represents the past, present, and future. Really makes you think!

A solemn and peaceful shrine. The autumn leaves make it even more beautiful.

  • Fantastic hotel, especially the open-air hot spring in the room. You can enjoy the view and totally relax.

  • It's getting really hard to find CDs these days, but this building actually has a store selling them—and there's a huge selection!

The damage from the big earthquake was really severe, but thanks to ongoing restoration efforts, things are slowly getting better. It will still take quite a while, but one day, it will definitely regain its former glory.
