If you're in Tokyo, Meiji Jingu Shrine is definitely worth a visit!
The huge torii gate inside is the largest wooden Myojin torii in Japan⛩️. It's 12 meters tall, 17.1 meters wide, with a diameter of 1.2 meters, and weighs 13 tons. It's made from cypress wood from Alishan in Taiwan. -
After heavy rain, the waterfall’s flow is incredible—so much water rushing down, it’s really spectacular.

This is a classic spot in Asakusa you just can't miss. Their special sauce goes perfectly with the rice, and a sip of the hot tea they serve really helps cut the oiliness.

This is the very first Blue Bottle Coffee shop in Japan. I'm not super picky about coffee, but I still had to come check it out!

Enjoyed a great meal while watching an awesome live performance show at the same time.

I feel like tourists get overcharged here. Things are pricier than elsewhere and not as fresh. It's fine to just walk around, take some photos, and move on.

This year's light show went on as scheduled. I really hope the new year brings peace and that the pandemic ends soon.

Every year, the lights stretch from Marunouchi all the way to Yurakucho. This year, there's even a Harry Potter theme! The 9-meter-tall Christmas tree is especially eye-catching and makes the whole area feel super festive and romantic.
