  • Tenjin Chikagai was highly recommended online as a must-visit and must-shop spot in Kyushu, so I planned ahead before coming. It really is super convenient and fun to explore! Since it's connected to five major department stores and is a major transportation hub in Fukuoka, you don't have to go anywhere else—just shop here before transferring. It saves a lot of time!

  • There are so many people here! There's a roof over the street, so even if it suddenly rains while you're shopping, you don't have to worry.

  • The old-style buildings on both sides really catch your eye. The street is filled with travelers from all over the world coming here to experience Kyoto's unique vibe.

  • The rotating observation floor gives you a 360-degree view of Nagoya at night. It's also known as one of the best date spots in Japan.

  • This is one of Japan's three major Kannon temples. The famous shopping street is right nearby. The temple also houses a large collection of old books, and it's known for having one of Japan's top three Buddhist scripture collections.
