Yukihiro Anzai's Page

Born in 1981 in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture, and currently lives in Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture. After his family home was damaged in the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, he found himself emotionally devastated. A visit to a fireworks festival in his hometown during that difficult time deeply moved him. Since then, he has attended over 140 fireworks festivals, expanding his knowledge and building relationships with event organizers and pyrotechnicians across Japan. As a “fireworks enthusiast,” he has appeared on television and radio, and written for newspapers and online platforms. He actively promotes fireworks culture through both online and offline efforts—such as media contributions, public seminars, PR events, and operational support for festivals across Japan. He holds the registered trademark “Hanabi Mania” (No. 6134605).
