Restaurants close pretty early, so there’s basically no nightlife here.

There's even a rooftop garden! The restaurants have a pretty nice view, and after eating you can just chill and relax for a bit. I could walk around here for half a day and not even feel tired.

It's less than a 3-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, and there's even a covered walkway, so you don't have to worry about the rain!
