The pick-up process was faster than I expected, so I didn’t have to wait long.

The whole building has a young vibe and a strong artsy feel.
There’s a café on the ground floor, so it’s really nice to sit down and relax when you get tired of walking around. -
Inside, there's an exhibition hall, an observation deck, and a garden. You can see all the islands in Matsushima Bay. On a nice day, the blue sky, white clouds, and green islands are so relaxing. The rooftop observation deck is perfect for photos, and the sea breeze feels amazing.
