  • The exhibition space isn’t very big—you can see everything in about an hour to an hour and a half. It’s in Minami-Machida, and there’s also an outlet nearby, so you can plan to visit both.

  • Their signature dish is the cold soba with grated yam. The noodles are super springy, and the yam is so smooth it feels like eating ice cream. Mix it all up with the sauce, and every bite is super refreshing. After hiking, this cold noodle dish really hits the spot.
