My friend and I were waiting in line to try the Ichibankuji, but the line was super long and the wait took a while. I left for the restroom by myself, and when I came back, a staff member told me, "Please don't cut in line." I explained the situation, but they showed me a sign near the register that said you need to tell the staff if you leave for the restroom. Because of this, I wasn't able to try the lottery.
I understand what the staff was saying. But if the sign is only by the register, people waiting in the long line can't see it or know about it, right?
If they made the sign visible to everyone in line, this wouldn't have happened. I hope they consider a better solution.
