Ueno Park is right next to JR Ueno Station, so it's super convenient. Besides the park, there's also the famous Ueno Zoo. Having coffee at the Starbucks here in the afternoon is such a treat!

The tricky part is that you can't buy tickets at the door—they only allow entry by reservation. Some of the popular time slots are really hard to get, so you definitely need to plan your visit in advance.

The whole street is lined with bookstores, and it's packed with people. Japanese folks really do love to read!
