Springtime at Ueno Park is just unforgettable because of the cherry blossoms! There are about 1,200 cherry trees blooming all at once. During the cherry blossom festival, you'll find tons of food stalls selling beer, yakisoba, oden, okonomiyaki, and more, so it's always lively. I never bring anything with me—just enjoy the blossoms and grab snacks from the stalls nearby. It feels so happy and lucky~

I really love that inside the Expo Park, there's the Tower of the Sun, designed by Japanese artist Taro Okamoto for the Expo. Even after the Expo ended and most buildings were taken down, the Tower of the Sun was left standing. That really moved me.
