Don’t waste your money on the ticket. The castle is small, not very well-known, and poorly managed. Plus, the admission is ridiculously expensive.

From the observation deck on the 5th floor, you get a great view of Tokyo Station. It's a famous business and financial building, and together with the neighboring Shin-Marunouchi Building—one black, one white—they look like they're protecting Tokyo Station.

The water here is crystal clear, and there are lots of great restaurants. It's also the most popular spot for tourists to gather.
