The service from Japanese staff is amazing, and people are really polite. No one pushes or cuts in line—everyone waits patiently. It makes the whole experience super pleasant and enjoyable.

Super close to Tokyo Station, so the location is really convenient, but it's not noisy at all. All the restaurants are top-notch, so you can have a great meal even if you don't feel like going out. 😌

The indoor and outdoor baths have such a great vibe! The open-air bath at night is especially relaxing. There are over 30 types of hot springs—you can soak until you feel like you're about to float away! 🤣
