1. Sengan-en

Sengan-en is one of Japan’s iconic daimyo gardens.
This garden that overlooks Sakurajima is home to an old daimyo residence, beautiful trees, flowers, a pond, restaurant, and even a souvenir shop.
Events that help visitors experience Japanese culture, such as experiences where you can put on full sets of armor, are also popular.

2. Io World Kagoshima City Aquarium

3. Shiroyama Park Observation Deck

Shiroyama Park Observation Deck is a great place to take photos, offering a panoramic view of Sakurajima, Kagoshima Bay, and Kagoshima City. Shiroyama is a small mountain with an altitude of 107 meters, located in the center of the city. It is a place of plentiful nature, and visitors can enjoy a stroll along the promenade, making it a great place to relax for locals.
It is also a famous place for its stunning night view.
