“Donbei” is a product that has been long-loved since its launch in 1976 as a series of instant cup udon and soba.
This soba is packed with crunch tempura, and the soup is filled with the aromas of katsuo dashi and the umami of whole soybean soy sauce.
Add the soup packet, pour in boiling water, and wait 3 minutes. Take note that you should add in the tempura right before eating so that the crispy crunchy texture is at its peak for you to enjoy!
