In addition to sushi and tempura sets, there’s plenty of local favorites like the Okayama famed Demi-glace Katsudon, and “Stone-Roasted Octopus Bimbimbap”, a fusion of the famous Tako-meshi and Stone-Roasted Bimbimbap from Shimotsui, Kurashiki.
