This park is approximately 9.7 hectares with a panoramic view of Mt. Iwaki and is planted with approximately 2,300 apples of 80 varieties. In the Experience Garden, visitors can experience flower picking, fruit picking, and other work, and can also freely walk along the garden paths. They can also pick apples from August to November with a fee.
The "Apple House" in the park is a visitor center where visitors can learn more about apples, and there is also a wide selection of apple-based sweets and apple goods. The "Hirosaki Cider Kobo kimori" located in the park is also worth a visit. As the name suggests, this brewery produces a sparkling apple liquor called cider, and you can learn about the process of making cider.
The "Apple Truck Market" held every November is a specialty market where apple farmers in the Hirosaki City suburbs gather in trucks loaded with various varieties of apples. Visitors can purchase carefully grown seasonal apples at reasonable prices.
