Regular check-in starts at 3 pm. For early check-in, you need to book the room from the previous day, incurring a charge for an extra night. However, the front reception on the 15th floor can hold your luggage before check-in on the day of your stay.

Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. However, these times might vary depending on the booking plan.

Until when can I cancel without a charge?
Please cancel at least 2 days before your stay. Cancellation fees are: 20% if canceled the day before, 80% if canceled on the day, and 100% for no-shows. This might differ for group bookings or bookings made through travel agencies.

We have a partnership with Towers Parking which is open 24 hours. The discounted rate for guests is 2,200yen for an overnight stay (from 3 pm to 11:30 am of the next day, without in/out privileges). If you need in/out privileges, additional charges apply. Other times, it's 350yen per 30 minutes.
