The recommended okonomiyaki meticulously selects cabbage not only for its quality but also for its crispiness through a unique cutting technique. It is then paired with a batter flavored with kombu and bonito dashi and cooked fluffy and light. The toppings range from pork to squid and shrimp, with modern-yaki featuring noodles or udon also being very popular.

オススメはお好み焼き・焼きそば共にデラックスです。
