LUCUA Osaka is one of my favorite places to browse when visiting Osaka, especially Donguri Republic on the 8th floor. Studio Ghibli fans shouldn't miss it! The store has lots of merchandise related to Studio Ghibli films. This time, I also discovered the Flower Miffy store. The whole shop is filled with floral elements paired with cute Miffy merchandise, making it feel so soothing. Both stores are fun to browse and easy to shop at〜

When shopping in Osaka Umeda, if you're looking for a department store that brings together the latest fashion, stylish lifestyle goods, and excellent food all under one roof, LUCUA Osaka, directly connected to JR Osaka Station, is definitely the top choice!

Made up of two large buildings, the east building LUCUA and the west building LUCUA 1100, LUCUA Osaka is one of Japan's largest station-linked commercial complexes. There are many connecting passages between the two buildings on both the lower and upper floors, making it very spacious and comfortable to explore. The brands here are younger and more design-focused than those at traditional department stores, with a huge selection of popular Japanese fashion labels, curated boutiques, and trendy select shops. Every time I visit, I find plenty of stylish, on-trend items to take home.

Besides the great shopping, the dining options are also truly impressive. The LUCUA FOOD HALL and Bar Chika, a tavern street with a Showa-era atmosphere, are both on the second basement floor. Whether you want a refined light meal, a delicious full meal, or a relaxing drink in the evening, there are so many choices that it's hard to decide. The location is also incredibly convenient—you can get there directly from the station without opening an umbrella on rainy days. After shopping, you can also browse the mall's stylish lifestyle stores and specialty shops.

I highly recommend adding LUCUA Osaka to your shopping itinerary when visiting Osaka Umeda. It will definitely satisfy all your expectations for Japanese trends and food!
