LUCUA Osaka is one of my favorite places to browse when visiting Osaka, especially Donguri Republic on the 8th floor. Studio Ghibli fans shouldn't miss it! The store has lots of merchandise related to Studio Ghibli films. This time, I also discovered the Flower Miffy store. The whole shop is filled with floral elements paired with cute Miffy merchandise, making it feel so soothing. Both stores are fun to browse and easy to shop at〜

Akagi Shrine
This Akagi Shrine is said to have been established in 1300, as a spiritual branch of the Akagi Shrine situated at the foothills of Mount Akagi in Gunma prefecture.

Kakurenbo Yokocho Alley
Kagurazaka, stretching between Kagurazaka Station and Iidabashi Station, is a hidden gem within Shinjuku, known for its secluded charm.
This is one of Kagurazaka’s most distinctive alleys. Its name comes from the intersecting, maze-like lanes. Walking between the black wooden walls and stone-paved paths, you can get a sense of the atmosphere of Kagurazaka’s former geisha district, which feels completely different from the bustling shopping street. There are also quite a few restaurants and small shops in the alley, making it a nice place to explore while taking a walk.

Obon de Gohan Ueno branch
Eat healthy Japanese food sitting in a stylish cafe-style interior with views of Ueno Station outside the windows. A popular dish is the set meal, where you can select the main dish and the type of rice of your choice.
The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes that you can mix and match to suit your preferences. Whether you want fish, meat, or vegetables, you can find something you like. The meals are relatively well-balanced rather than consisting of just one main item, so they don’t feel too heavy afterward. The dining style is simple and convenient, and even with a large group, everyone can choose what they like without having to compromise.
