The signature hamburger features a juicy patty made from a well-balanced blend of premium Japanese Black Wagyu beef and flavorful Kenbi pork, generously topped with a house-made demi-glace sauce. The demi-glace, simmered for a full week using spring water from Mt. Bandai, is rich yet surprisingly light on the finish, pairing perfectly with the succulent, juice-filled hamburger steak.

The Hamburger Steak Set comes with the restaurant’s carefully crafted hamburger steak, along with a choice of rice or bread and a drink. Another popular option, the Black Pepper Hamburger Steak, is coated with coarsely ground black pepper before grilling, creating a wonderful contrast between the deep umami of the meat and the sharp, spicy kick of the pepper.
