nORIA Ferris Wheel
A comfortable rooftop Ferris wheel with sweeping views over Sapporo, even in winter.
A Ferris wheel set on the rooftop of nORBESA, a commercial complex in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo. Rising Approx. 78 meters above the ground and measuring 45.5 meters in diameter, it is the only rooftop Ferris wheel in Hokkaido, with views of the Susukino cityscape, the TV Tower, and beautiful night scenery after dark. One ride takes Approx. 10 minutes, and a value two-ride plan is also available.
The gondolas are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible, designed so everyone can enjoy the ride with peace of mind. The seats are also equipped with heaters, making them well prepared for the cold of midwinter. Special events are also held regularly, including the “Ghost Story Ferris Wheel,” where ghost stories connected to the region are played, and a karaoke plan that lets you enjoy singing while taking in the scenery for Approx. 20 minutes over two rides (all require an additional fee). There are also services such as a free two-ride birthday campaign on the day of your birthday and a Kids’ Day on the third Sunday of every month, when children under 10 receive a capsule toy gift.
