Rokkatei’s headquarters is close to JR Sapporo Station. In the 10-story building, there are a shop and cafe serving Rokkatei’s Japanese/western sweets, a gallery and music hall hosting exhibitions and performances.
The name Rokkatei reminds people of Marusei Butter Sandwich. The biscuits are made of the original flour which sandwich the cream made of white chocolate, raisins, and 100% Hokkaido’s fresh butter. The bestseller is beloved by people all over Japan. The product name came from Marusei butter first made by Banseisha led by Benzo Yoda, the pioneer in the Tokachi area. The package uses the same label of the butter.
On the 2nd floor, the cafe is gaining fans who love the original menu and sweets. Stop by and look down at the Hokkaido’s mountain vegetables planted in their garden and have a blissful time.
