Towada Prince Hotel

A resort hotel on the shores of Lake Towada, which spans Akita and Aomori prefectures. From the private garden, main dining room, and lobby lounge, guests can enjoy the magical seasonal scenery of Lake Towada. The hotel also features the only open-air hot spring bath on the shores of Lake Towada fed by 100% natural source water, where you can relax and unwind with stunning lake views.

For dinner, the hotel serves a course meal of “Towada Lake French” cuisine made with local ingredients, including produce from northern Tohoku. You can enjoy it while looking out over Lake Towada beyond the private garden. The Japanese and Western set breakfast, also served in the private garden on sunny days, is popular as well.

The hotel has 66 guest rooms, including lakeside twin rooms facing the shore and mountainside twin rooms with views of fresh greenery and autumn leaves. The hot spring uses calcium sodium sulfate spring water pumped up from within the hotel grounds, and the open-air bath overlooks a lawn garden, creating a wonderfully open atmosphere. The hot spring is also available for day use.
