Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line to Tokyo Station, then take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Nagano Station (about 1 hr 20 min). From Nagano Station, transfer to the Shinano Railway Kita-Shinano Line to Myoko-Kogen Station (about 47 min). From there, about 10 minutes by car.
