A Japanese cuisine and teppanyaki restaurant on the 2nd floor of Hotel Metropolitan Yamagata, directly connected to the East Exit of JR Yamagata Station. Blessed with abundant nature and wide temperature swings between day and night, Yamagata Prefecture is a treasure trove of flavorful ingredients. Dishes made with these excellent local ingredients bring out the best qualities of each one.

Guests are welcomed with two dining styles: kaiseki cuisine made with seasonal local ingredients, and teppanyaki featuring Yamagata beef and Yonezawa beef skillfully grilled right in front of you by the chef. The kaiseki menu changes monthly for both lunch and dinner, offering seasonal dishes. The teppanyaki dinner is a seven-course meal that includes seasonal recommended seafood and steak from Yamagata's signature branded beef, as well as appetizers, Yamagata-grown Tsuyahime rice, dessert, and coffee.
※Menu items may change depending on ingredient availability.

In addition to private rooms for groups of 2 to 6, there is also a room for up to 24 guests, making it a great choice for everything from small business dinners to celebratory gatherings and memorial services for larger groups.
