This shopping center stands in front of JR Akita Station and celebrates its 45th anniversary in 2025. It is directly connected to the station’s second floor via Poporo-do, a passageway leading from the West Exit ticket gate, making access easy and comfortable. It is also linked by an underground passage to Akita Central Building, which houses a hotel and department store.

Inside, you’ll find more than 30 specialty stores, including a supermarket, a large home goods store, a 100-yen shop, fashion stores, and cafes. It also has a strong lineup of subculture and entertainment spots, such as anime goods shops, a playland, and capsule toy corners. Other facilities include a city library, a satellite facility of Akita University of Art, presentation and exhibition spaces for cultural activities, as well as clinics and a culture center that support local daily life.

There is also a convenience store on the first floor, which is especially handy when staying at nearby hotels or using the bus terminal right in front of the building.
