Experience kitchen knife sharpening and iron forging

This experience was exciting, informative, & fun! I loved watching the craftsman sharpening knives & the experience of trying to make my own. It was much trickier than it looked! I'm looking forward to cooking with the knife that I helped make & I'm sure it will bring back fun memories of the trip when I do.
