The color changes when the sunlight hits it—so dreamy.
Photos look amazing even without filters.
That view of the dead trees standing in the water is really unique, with this quiet, mysterious vibe.

Otaru Canal has such a vibe.
The red-brick warehouses along both sides feel super retro—like you’re walking through a movie set.

Silo Observatory

If the weather’s good, you can see really far.
The whole view is so spectacular—totally worth coming at least once.

Shinjuku Subnade

Very convenient location, and it’s super practical to walk underground when it’s raining or too hot.
There’s a good variety of shops, but they feel a bit old and nothing really stands out.
It’s fine to walk through if you’re passing by, but I wouldn’t make a special trip just to come here.
