The Buddha statues and decorations inside are incredibly detailed. You can really feel how deep the Buddhist culture is.

It's just about a 5-minute walk from JR Kita-Asaka Station, so it's super convenient. Even though the cherry blossom areas are a bit scattered, the whole place feels really beautiful and awesome!

There’s a cherry blossom grove in the park, and you can catch the early sakura as soon as late February. You can snap postcard-worthy photos here.

The scenery around the lake is beautiful. Even though it was still pretty cold at the end of March, it was totally worth the trip.

Even though there are several breakfast restaurants at Tokyo Dome Hotel, we were only allowed to eat with the group. There weren't enough seats, so we had to wait until others finished before we could go in. There was a huge line outside, and no staff around to help organize things. Honestly, I'd rather just eat at Matsuya nearby.
