Even though there are several breakfast restaurants at Tokyo Dome Hotel, we were only allowed to eat with the group. There weren't enough seats, so we had to wait until others finished before we could go in. There was a huge line outside, and no staff around to help organize things. Honestly, I'd rather just eat at Matsuya nearby.

Kai Zenkoji Temple
A renowned temple founded in Eiroku 1 (1558) by Takeda Shingen, a Sengoku-era warlord of Kai (present-day Yamanashi Prefecture). Fearing that Zenkoji Temple in Nagano might be destroyed by fire during the Battles of Kawanakajima, Takeda Shingen moved the principal image of Amida Nyorai and other Buddhist treasures to Kofu, which marked the beginning of the temple. Even after the fall of the Takeda clan, the temple continued to receive generous protection from Tokugawa Ieyasu and others.
The Buddha statues and decorations inside are incredibly detailed. You can really feel how deep the Buddhist culture is.

Cherry Blossoms along Kurome River
A path goes along Kurome River through Asaka City. On ordinary days, neighbors take a walk or jog here, except for late March through early April, when many visitors from outside the city come to see the 232 Someiyoshino cherry trees blooming along both banks for 700m (half a mile).
It's just about a 5-minute walk from JR Kita-Asaka Station, so it's super convenient. Even though the cherry blossom areas are a bit scattered, the whole place feels really beautiful and awesome!

Arakurayama Sengen Park
Arakurayama Sengen Park is famous as a place to view the splendid scenery of the magnificent Mount Fuji with a pagoda dedicated to those who died in battle. Inside the park grounds, about 650 Sakura trees have been planted. In the spring, the picturesque Japanese scenery of cherry blossoms, the pagoda, and Mount Fuji can be seen.
There’s a cherry blossom grove in the park, and you can catch the early sakura as soon as late February. You can snap postcard-worthy photos here.
