This zoo has a long history, but many of the facilities feel old and outdated. The animals don't seem to have enough space to move around, and some of the cold-climate animals lose their energy in the hot summer. I felt sad for them!

The shrine itself isn’t big, but the location is amazing. From up there you can look out over the entire hot spring town plus the mountain views.

The botanical garden displays different flowers depending on the season. These flower exhibitions let visitors enjoy beautiful scenery all year round.

The cherry blossom tunnel in the park attracts lots of visitors for hanami, making it a lively and festive spot.
