Watching the chefs make sushi right in front of you is really cool and kind of soothing. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, not stuffy at all, and the staff are super friendly.
Prices are a bit higher than regular conveyor belt sushi, but the quality makes it totally worth it. If you want authentic and fresh sushi in Kanazawa, this spot should definitely be on your food list! -

Lake Ikeda is gorgeous and super peaceful. You can even see a giant eel statue! On a sunny day, the photos look dreamy, and walking by the lake is so relaxing. Perfect for a laid-back day trip.
