More than 100 shops and restaurants line B2F through 5F, with a SKY LOBBY on 6F that is among the largest in Kyushu and CIC Fukuoka, an innovation hub, on 7F.
Floors 8F through 17F are offices, while 18F and 19F are home to ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL, a lifestyle hotel with 41 rooms.
The concept for the entire facility is “Creation Intersection”.

From February 1, 2026, a special campaign begins at ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.
When you complete consolidated tax-free procedures at the Duty Free Counter, you will receive vouchers worth 10% of your purchase amount at participating stores as cashback.
Cashback will be provided at the Duty Free Counter on 3F, “PIE VAT Station”.
However, purchases at stores that do not support consolidated tax-free procedures at the Duty Free Counter are not eligible for this campaign.

You will receive 500 yen in vouchers for every 5,000 yen you spend, and you can use them for shopping in the building.
Since the campaign ends once the vouchers run out, it is recommended to visit early.

Access to ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.
It is in an excellent location, just outside the East Ticket Gate of Tenjin Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line.
It takes about 11 minutes to reach Tenjin Station from Fukuoka Airport on the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line and about 6 minutes from Hakata Station on the same line.
