An authentic hand-made soba noodle shop where the skills of the soba craftsman shine. The interior of the store is tastefully lit, creating a calm Japanese atmosphere.
The shop brings in specialty brown buckwheat flour from all over Japan, and grinds it with a stone mill in the store. The shop also uses natural water from the Aso-Shirakawa water source, one of the 100 best water sources in Japan.
No chemical seasonings are used.
The popular menu item, "Kamo Seiro," allows you to savor the rich aroma of soba and the perfect match of the broth from duck fat.
In addition, there is a wide selection of dishes using tempura and delicious soup stock, which also go extremely well with sake.
