For ingredients, select from shellfish, pork belly and other bites to your liking. Another must-try item on the menu is the Mizuno-yaki. With pork, squid and house-special ground beef, there’s over 6 different ingredients in this rich griddle cake that you will love. The menu lineup also includes the restaurants original roots, the “yoshoku-yaki” , or the “yoshoku-modern-yaki” topped with rich egg noodles.
