Grilled or steamed, this eel restaurant offers a variety. All ingredients including eels, rice or fruits are domestic. The soup stock made of Awa’s pure water, select seaweed and fish has the best quality of natural ingredients.

The chefs determine the quality of eels and use their original grilling method to provide Kabayaki for the Unaju Set and Seiro-mushi Set. The eel is grilled after your order and sometimes it takes time. Taking a bite into the freshly-cooked eel with the light sauce will bring a smile to you for sure.
