MIROKU Nara by THE SHARE HOTELS

A lifestyle hotel themed around "Coexistence in Nara".

Last update :

Opened in September 2021 at the southern end of Nara Park near Araike Pond, MIROKU Nara by THE SHARE HOTELS is the ninth location of THE SHARE HOTELS brand. The name "MIROKU" is inspired by the beauty of Nara's foothills and deer ("Mi" for beauty and "Roku" for foothills/deer) and Maitreya Bodhisattva, the Buddha of the future who will save people.

Situated ideally with Nara Park to the north and the historic Naramachi district to the west, it offers a perfect fusion of ancient Nara’s natural and urban landscapes. The world heritage site, Kofuku-ji Temple’s five-story pagoda, and the primordial forest of Kasugayama offer a uniquely Nara vista.

The hotel features 44 rooms in 7 types, ranging from rooms with queen beds to rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people, suitable for families or groups. The interiors from the first to the fourth floor are unified with refined Japanese aesthetics, while the basement floor features a bold design using logs of Yoshino cedar.

The first floor public space, CAFE & BAR MIROKU TERRACE, offers breakfast menus supervised by the popular Nara café "Kuruminoki," serving both Japanese and Western breakfast options with local ingredients that are popular among guests.
